The other day Payton, Parker and I were in the car, when Payton started the following conversation.
Payton-Mommy, how did you learn to drive?
Me-My mom & dad taught me.
Payton- Are you guys gonna teach us?
Me-Yes, when it's time. When you're 16.
Payton- Are you gonna be alive then? Daddy's 40's, that's old. 40, that's almost 100. I think your gonna be dead.
Me- Payton, 40 is not almost 100 (I did not bother to try to explain that 40's not old).
Payton- Yes it is, see, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 70, 80 , 90, 100, see, in the 100 song it's is almost 100!
Me- You left out 60 AND, trust me, 40 is not almost 100, you need 60 more to be 100.
Payton- How old's Grandpa? Is he 100?
Me - No honey, he's not even 60.
